We are seeking a proficient Technical Solution Consultant with fluent German language skills to join our Solution Consulting team.
Your ResponsibilitiesAs a Solution Consultant at Prewave GmbH, your role will involve:
- Collaborating with the sales team to devise effective strategies for acquiring new clients.
- Engaging throughout the sales process to secure strategic accounts.
- Acting as the expert in value selling, conveying Prewave's vision to potential customers.
- Conducting workshops for clients that highlight value narratives, return on investment scenarios, and calculations.
- Demonstrating our product for both standard and customized solutions to prospects and existing clients, managing demo environments, and enhancing the data utilized.
- Assisting in the preparation of prospect bids and tenders, including requests for information, quotations, and proposals, in collaboration with sales and IT teams.
- Creating and overseeing the master document for all RFIs, covering application, technical, IT security, and commercial inquiries.
- Interacting with current customers to gather insights on their business and technical needs, determining their requirements, and designing suitable solutions alongside our customer success team.
- Ensuring collaboration across departments to refine and enhance our unique selling proposition.
- Staying informed about product developments and releases, creating additional training materials for key clients, managing demo environments, and improving the data used.
- Traveling to attend customer meetings and industry events as necessary.
Essential:
- Master's degree.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in consulting sales or a value selling role.
- Proficiency in SQL, Java, or Python.
- Experience with APIs, SaaS, and Restful API software and systems.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- A proactive approach to independent work.
- Capability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks concurrently.
- Active listening skills to understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with native-level German and professional-level English proficiency.
- A valid work permit for Germany.
- Experience working with supply chain, procurement, and IT departments.
- Ability to collaborate with customers and partners to implement plans for a swift and successful go-live.
- A highly motivated and energetic team player with a proactive attitude towards work, thriving in a fast-paced environment.
- A genuine interest in AI, risk prediction, and supply chains.
