About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior SAP S/4HANA Consultant to join our team at Corporate Business Solutions. As a Senior SAP S/4HANA Consultant, you will be responsible for providing expert-level consulting services to our clients, focusing on SAP S/4HANA Service implementation and optimization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide process-oriented consulting services to large industrial companies, with a focus on the manufacturing industry.
  • Design, implement, and optimize enterprise solutions in the SAP S/4HANA Service area.
  • Take on module responsibility for customer service in national and international SAP projects.
  • Lead change management and coaching initiatives.
  • Support pre-sales and client relationship development.
  • Conduct workshops and training sessions.
  • Mentor junior consultants and trainees.
Requirements
  • Excellent university degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, Logistics, or a related field.
  • At least four years of experience as an SAP consultant with a focus on SAP CS and/or SAP CRM in process and optimization projects.
  • Ideal experience with module-level integration knowledge.
  • First-hand experience as a project leader for SAP consultants or as a team leader in large SAP projects is a plus.
  • Independent and proactive work style, analytical and conceptual thinking, excellent communication skills at the team and departmental leadership level in multicultural environments.
  • Excellent German and English language skills.
  • Willingness to travel, including occasional international assignments.
