Sales Development Manager

About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager (m/w/d) to lead strategic sales, deepen customer relationships, and explore innovative business opportunities. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for initiating and coordinating new projects across teams, developing and promoting new business models, and managing and optimizing sales initiatives for efficiency improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue expansion
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales initiatives
- Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate their value to customers
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales management or a related field
- Proven track record of success in business development and sales growth
- Strong customer orientation and independent problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of CRM systems, preferably Salesforce
- Fluent in English
- National and international travel availability
