Are you ready to channel your passion for sales into a new opportunity? We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager (m/w/d) to steer strategic sales efforts, deepen customer relationships, and uncover innovative business opportunities.

Your Future Role
  • Initiate and coordinate new projects across various teams
  • Develop and promote new business models, including e-commerce initiatives
  • Manage and optimize sales initiatives and efficiency-enhancing measures
  • Conduct detailed analysis and comparison of planned versus actual data, providing solution proposals
  • Encourage cross-selling and upselling strategies
  • Perform comprehensive feasibility and profitability analyses
  • Prepare well-founded reports
Your Contributions to the Team
  • Successfully completed studies in business administration, economics, industrial engineering, or a comparable qualification
  • Initial professional experience in sales management or a similar role
  • Strong customer orientation with a self-directed and solution-focused work style
  • Excellent analytical skills and strategic thinking abilities
  • Proven successes in after-sales management and business development
  • Basic knowledge of the CRM system Salesforce is desirable
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken
  • Willingness to travel nationally and internationally (approximately % of working time)
