Job Summary

The Director of Revenue Management and Key Accounts Europe will lead the revenue management strategy for the Europe region, driving revenue growth and maximizing room revenue. This role will oversee the development and implementation of revenue management strategies, manage regional RMS teams, and build strong relationships with key partners and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement revenue management strategies to maximize room revenue and grow the RevPAR Index (market share) for each hotel in the portfolio.
  • Lead regional RMS teams to ensure effective rate plan design, implementation, and monitoring.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners, including rate plan consultants, systems providers, and revenue management service providers.
  • Train operations and hotel teams on rate plans, best practices, and revenue management strategies.
  • Collaborate with sub-regional operation and commercial leaders to align on strategies to drive Wyndham's contribution.
  • Represent the company at industry forums and events related to revenue management best practices and industry trends.
Requirements
  • BA/BS degree in hospitality, business administration, finance, or economics, or a minimum of six years of experience in revenue management.
  • A minimum of three years of director-level experience in international markets, with central Europe/Germany market knowledge at director level experience being a must.
  • Experience managing key account relationships and global acumen, demonstrating the ability to effectively work across different cultures and teams.
  • Fluency in English and German is essential.
