In der Rolle des Sales und Business Growth Managers (m/w/d) für Großbritannien bei Anschütz GmbH bist du verantwortlich für die strategische Entwicklung und den Ausbau von Kundenbeziehungen in einem dynamischen Marktumfeld.
Deine Aufgaben- Du baust und pflegst ein starkes Netzwerk zu bestehenden und potenziellen Geschäftspartnern in Großbritannien und agierst als zentrale Schnittstelle innerhalb des Unternehmens.
- Du repräsentierst das Unternehmen auf bedeutenden Messen, Konferenzen und Veranstaltungen.
- Du analysierst Markttrends, identifizierst neue Geschäftsmöglichkeiten und berücksichtigst dabei die Bedürfnisse und Strategien der Kunden.
- In Zusammenarbeit mit Kunden und Partnern entwickelst du innovative Projekte und Verkaufsstrategien.
- Du bist aktiv an der strategischen Planung deines Verantwortungsbereichs beteiligt.
- Du erstellst maßgeschneiderte Angebote für Kunden und koordinierst die Angebotsvorbereitung.
- Du hast ein Ingenieurstudium oder eine vergleichbare technische Ausbildung erfolgreich abgeschlossen und bringst mehrjährige relevante Berufserfahrung mit, idealerweise im maritimen Bereich.
- Du verfügst über nachweisliche Erfolge im Vertrieb, insbesondere im maritimen Sektor.
- Du zeichnest dich durch hervorragende Verhandlungsfähigkeiten aus, auch in englischer Sprache auf Muttersprachenniveau, sowie durch eine ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke.
- Vertragsrecht und strategisches Marketing sind dir vertraut.
- Du legst Wert auf Kundenorientierung, Durchsetzungsvermögen, Kreativität und Teamarbeit.
