Your Mission

Become an integral part of a rapidly growing IT consultancy based in Warsaw, Poland. As an experienced Sales Professional in the IT services sector, you will work closely with the founders, providing you with the chance to make a significant impact on the future trajectory of the company. Your main goals will include driving substantial revenue growth, expanding the company's market presence in the DACH region, and optimizing our sales processes, thereby contributing to the long-term success of the organization.

Your Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation: Identify and cultivate new leads while managing the sales cycle from initiation to closure in close collaboration with the technical founders.
  • Revenue Achievement: Ensure the attainment of established revenue targets.
  • Sales Process Development: Create and enhance a repeatable, scalable sales process to drive revenue growth.
  • Industry Insight: Keep up-to-date with industry trends and understand the market needs of clients.
  • Strategic Advising: Serve as a market expert, providing the founders with insights on relevant developments and acting as a strategic partner.
  • Best Practices Implementation: Apply best practices in sales methodologies.
  • Engineering Collaboration: Work closely with the delivery team to develop tailored, feasible offerings that meet client requirements.

Your Profile

  • 7+ Years of Experience in SME Sales: Proven success in sales within small to medium-sized enterprises (SMEs).
  • Expertise in Selling Software Development Solutions: Comprehensive understanding of software development products and services, with a history of success.
  • Pragmatic and Driven Seller: A results-oriented professional who thrives on challenges and enjoys building and scaling new initiatives.
  • Solution-Oriented Seller: Deeply understands client pain points and needs, fostering long-term relationships.
  • High Level of Ownership: Takes full responsibility for projects and client success.
  • Willingness to Travel: Open to conducting meetings and workshops for clients or participating in training sessions.
  • Proficiency in German: Native or near-native proficiency (C2 level) is required.
  • Leadership Experience (Preferred): Leadership skills are advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Sector Experience (Preferred): Experience in healthcare, banking, or ESG sectors is a plus.
