Your Responsibilities

- Strategic Consultation: Serve as a market expert, providing insights to the founders and acting as a strategic partner.
- Best Practices Adoption: Implement industry best practices in sales techniques.
- Collaboration with Engineering: Work closely with the delivery team to create tailored, viable offerings that meet client requirements.
Your Profile
- 7+ Years in SME Sales: Proven success in sales within small to medium-sized enterprises.
- Expertise in Software Development Sales: Comprehensive understanding of software development solutions, with a track record of success.
- Results-Driven Professional: A motivated individual who thrives on challenges and enjoys building and scaling new initiatives.
- Client-Centric Approach: Deeply understands client pain points and needs, fostering long-term relationships.
- Ownership Mentality: Takes full accountability for projects and client outcomes.
- Willingness to Travel: Open to conducting meetings and workshops at client locations or at our headquarters.
- Proficiency in German: Native or near-native proficiency (C2 level) is required.
- Leadership Experience (Preferred): Leadership skills are a valuable asset but not mandatory.
- Sector Experience (Preferred): Experience in healthcare, banking, or ESG sectors is advantageous.
