HR Systems Specialist for Employee Central (m/f/d)

Together with your team in HR Operations, you will support our business units in all administrative HR processes such as contract management, employee support, and payroll processing. Additionally, you will work with the HR team to ensure smooth operations.

Your Responsibilities
If you are eager to learn about our HR department and contribute to its success, here’s how you can get involved:

  • You will serve as the primary contact for our HR personnel data management system, SuccessFactors Employee Central (SF EC).
  • You will also liaise with our internal IT teams to resolve issues and adjust system configurations.
  • You will review and assess SF EC Release Packages (technical update packages) and assist in testing and implementation.
  • Furthermore, you will provide support to key users and end-users, as well as employees.
  • You will coordinate with other key users of our IT tools.
  • Additionally, you will create and update necessary training and enablement materials for key users and end-users.
Your Profile
  • To become an HR Systems Specialist for Employee Central (m/f/d), you should have a degree in business or a comparable commercial qualification.
  • You possess an affinity for technical and procedural contexts and are willing to delve into new topics.
  • Your meticulous work style sets you apart.
  • You have good knowledge of MS Office, SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, and ideally SAP HCM.
  • Proficiency in English is essential for this role.
  • Prior experience in system administration or system configurations will enhance your qualifications.
