We are currently seeking a

**HR Operations Specialist (HR-Payroll & Administration) (all genders)****What Responsibilities Await You?**
  • You will serve as a knowledgeable point of contact for all inquiries related to payroll processing, income tax, and social security, advising our management on the optimal structuring of employment-related documents and the taxation of employee-related business transactions (gifts, bonuses, event participation, etc.).
  • Alongside your colleagues, you will execute monthly payroll processing, ensuring accurate accounting and also handling part of the operational employee support (e.g., drafting contracts and contract amendments).
  • You will independently manage our service partners for payroll processing in various European countries.
  • You will assist during audits and take responsibility for month-end and year-end accounting entries (e.g., creating and adjusting provisions).
  • When necessary, you will present relevant complex data in a clear and concise manner while ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.
  • You will have the opportunity to conceptualize new solutions and actively drive the continuous improvement of our processes and relevant IT systems.
**What Qualifications Should You Bring?**
  • After completing a relevant degree (e.g., Business Administration) or a pertinent vocational training (e.g., as a tax clerk), you have gained several years of professional experience in payroll and HR administration.
  • You are not only well-versed in payroll processing, income tax, and social security law, but you also excel at translating your knowledge into actionable recommendations and tailored solutions.
  • You possess solid knowledge of standard payroll software (ideally Sage) and have strong Excel and MS Office skills.
  • You bring knowledge of labor law.
  • You work in a structured, reliable, and conscientious manner while maintaining confidentiality at all times.
  • Your quick comprehension, analytical thinking, and high-quality standards earn you the trust of your stakeholders.
  • You have good English language skills, both written and spoken.
