Employee Relations Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the development and implementation of employee relations strategies and initiatives
  • Collaborate with HR business partners to provide guidance on labor law and collective bargaining agreements
  • Develop and maintain relationships with works councils and employee representatives
  • Provide training and coaching to managers and employees on employee relations best practices
  • Investigate and resolve employee complaints and grievances
  • Contribute to the development of policies and procedures related to employee relations

Requirements:

  • University degree in law, labor law, or a related field
  • At least 4 years of experience in employee relations or HR generalist role
  • Advanced knowledge of German collective and individual labor law
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
