PRODUCT MANAGEMENT DEPARTMENT
The Product Management department at HRS Group plays a vital role in driving the success of our Lodging-as-a-Service (LaaS) platform. This department collaborates with cross-functional teams to define the product vision, roadmap, and strategy, prioritizing features through analytics and data to achieve business objectives and deliver exceptional stakeholder experiences.
Product Managers at HRS Group oversee the program backlog, define product increments and releases, and are accountable for the product vision, roadmap, pricing, licensing, and ROI. They possess a robust blend of business acumen and technical expertise, complemented by excellent communication and prioritization skills.

POSITION OVERVIEW
We are in search of a Product Manager (all genders) to strengthen our position as a global leader in Payment and Invoicing solutions within the lodging sector. This role involves managing our comprehensive processes for payment and invoicing solutions, which automate interactions among bookers, travelers, finance teams, and other stakeholders. This streamlining of payment and reimbursement processes allows our clients to concentrate on value-added activities. You will collaborate with a global team of engineers, data specialists, and payment consultants to develop innovative solutions for our corporate clients, hotel partners, and internal stakeholders, serving millions of business travelers worldwide.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and articulate a clear product vision, translating it into an actionable strategy aligned with company objectives and market trends. Create and maintain a product roadmap that prioritizes features based on customer insights, business goals, and technical feasibility. Define and analyze relevant input and output metrics to evaluate product performance and ensure success. Employ various methods such as interviews, surveys, and analytics to gain insights into user needs and behaviors. Collaborate with the Product Owner to specify detailed requirements (including visualized process flows and mock-ups as necessary) and hand over to Engineering teams. Work closely with the Product Owner, Engineering, Design, and Product Marketing to ensure alignment and successful execution of the product roadmap. Effectively manage product development projects from inception to completion, including setting timelines, defining deliverables, stakeholder communication, and progress tracking.QUALIFICATIONS
Several years of professional experience in Product Management within a SaaS environment. Strong background in data-driven product development, with a proven ability to measure product success through metrics. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. In-depth understanding of agile development and prioritization methodologies. Senior-level expertise in managing internal and external stakeholders. Entrepreneurial mindset, capable of working independently and making pragmatic decisions. Willingness to engage in hands-on work. Experience in business travel, SRM, and BSM tools is preferred but not mandatory. Proficiency in English, both spoken and written; German language skills are a plus but not required.FUTURE OPPORTUNITIES
