PRODUCT MANAGEMENT DEPARTMENT
The Product Management department at HRS Group plays a pivotal role in driving the success of our Lodging-as-a-Service (LaaS) platform. This department collaborates with various teams to establish the product vision, roadmap, and strategy, prioritizing features through analytics and data to achieve business objectives and deliver outstanding experiences for stakeholders.
Product Managers are responsible for the program backlog, defining product increments and releases, and overseeing the product vision, roadmap, pricing, licensing, and ROI. They possess a blend of strong business acumen and technical expertise, complemented by excellent communication and prioritization skills.

POSITION OVERVIEW
We are looking for a Product Manager (all genders) to strengthen our global leadership in Payment and Invoicing solutions within the lodging sector. This role involves overseeing our comprehensive processes for payment and invoicing solutions, which automate interactions among bookers, travelers, finance teams, and other stakeholders. This streamlining allows our clients to concentrate on value-added activities. You will collaborate with a global team of engineers, data specialists, and payment consultants to develop innovative solutions for our corporate clients, hotel partners, and internal stakeholders, impacting millions of business travelers worldwide.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Formulate and articulate a clear product vision, translating it into an actionable strategy aligned with company objectives and market dynamics.
- Develop and maintain a product roadmap that prioritizes features based on customer insights, business goals, and technical viability.
- Define and assess relevant input and output metrics to evaluate product performance and ensure success.
- Employ various methods, including interviews, surveys, and analytics, to comprehend user needs and behaviors.
- Collaborate with the Product Owner to detail requirements (including visualized process flows and mock-ups if necessary) and transition them to the Engineering teams.
- Work closely with the Product Owner, Engineering, Design, and Product Marketing to ensure alignment and successful execution of the product roadmap.
- Manage product development projects comprehensively, including timeline setting, deliverable definitions, stakeholder communication, and progress tracking.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Several years of professional experience in Product Management within a SaaS environment.
- Strong background in data-driven product development, with a proven ability to measure product success through metrics.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Profound understanding of agile development and prioritization methodologies.
- Senior-level expertise in managing internal and external stakeholders.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, with the ability to work independently and make pragmatic decisions.
- Willingness to engage in hands-on work.
- Experience in business travel, SRM, and BSM tools is preferred but not mandatory.
- Proficiency in English, both spoken and written; German language skills are a plus but not required.
