About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Strategist to join our team at Eurowings Digital GmbH. As a Product Strategist, you will play a key role in shaping the direction of our digital products and ensuring they meet the needs of our customers and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement product strategies that align with our business goals and customer needs.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our customers and their needs, and use this knowledge to inform product decisions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize product features and ensure they meet business objectives.
  • Manage and prioritize the product backlog to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in product development and strategy.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in product strategy, product management, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful product strategies that drive business growth.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect and analyze data to inform product decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Fluent business English skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas and strategies to both technical and non-technical audiences.
