We have established ourselves as a reliable partner for major corporations such as AbInBev, BMW, Kärcher, PwC, and Porsche, among others. As the significance of supply chain due diligence grows in Europe, we are expanding our operations and our team.
We are seeking a proficient Solution Consultant with advanced German language skills to enhance our Solution Consulting team.
Your ResponsibilitiesAs a Solution Consultant at Prewave GmbH, you will be responsible for:
- Collaborating with the sales team to devise effective strategies for acquiring new clients.
- Engaging throughout the sales process to secure strategic accounts.
- Acting as the expert in value selling, articulating Prewave's vision to potential clients.
- Conducting workshops for clients that highlight value narratives, return on investment scenarios, and calculations.
- Demonstrating our product offerings, both standard and customized, to prospects and current clients, managing demo environments, and enhancing the data utilized.
- Assisting in the preparation of prospect bids and tenders, including requests for information, quotations, and proposals (RFIs, RFQs, and RFPs) in collaboration with sales and IT teams.
- Creating and maintaining a master document for all RFIs, addressing application, technical, IT security, and commercial inquiries.
- Interacting with existing clients to gather insights on their business and technical needs, determining their requirements, and designing suitable solutions alongside our customer success team.
- Ensuring collaboration across departments to refine and enhance our unique selling proposition.
- Staying informed about product advancements and releases, developing additional training materials for key clients, managing demo environments, and improving the data utilized.
- Traveling to attend on-site client meetings and industry events as necessary.
Essential:
- Master's degree.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in consulting sales or a value selling role.
- Proficiency in SQL, Java, or Python.
- Experience with APIs, SaaS, and Restful API software and systems.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- A proactive approach to independent work.
- Capability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent active listening skills, with an understanding of customer needs and the ability to provide tailored solutions.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with native-level proficiency in German and professional-level proficiency in English.
- A valid work permit for Germany.
- Experience collaborating with supply chain, procurement, and IT departments.
- Ability to work with clients and partners to implement plans for a swift and successful go-live.
- A highly motivated and energetic team player with a proactive attitude towards work, capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.
- A genuine interest in AI, risk prediction, and supply chains.
