Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Solution Architect to join our team at Bosch, a leading international supplier of systems, solutions, and services. As a Solution Architect, you will play a key role in conceptualizing, designing, and building architectural and solution building blocks to cater to our product vision and roadmap.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and refine architectural guiding principles to steer our platform and solution development.
  • Participate in technical discussions to ensure alignment with overall functional and non-functional requirements.
  • Collaborate with the team to develop end-to-end solutions, bring them to life, and maintain them.
  • Communicate solution ideas effectively.
  • Drive technology innovations to enable business innovations.
  • Advocate for software development best practices.
  • Mentor and coach other developers.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in computer science, software engineering, or related fields.
  • Persuasiveness and networking skills, excellent communication skills in interdisciplinary and diverse teams.
  • Strong analytical and conceptual presentation skills, team and goal orientation, entrepreneurial and strategic thinking, and an agile mindset.
  • At least 3 years of experience in software development and working with complex IT infrastructure environments, with experience as a Software Architect and Solution Architect.
  • Proficiency in Java and Spring, application development (frontend, Angular, Typescript, CSS), and build systems (Gradle, Maven, etc.).
  • Knowledge of Azure cloud building blocks, Azure ADX and ADT, and experience with design and build solution building blocks on Azure PaaS, SaaS, and IaaS services.
  • Good understanding of agile software development, SCRUM, Kanban, and basic understanding of UX and service engineering.
  • Business fluent in German and English.
