As a member of our multidisciplinary team comprising Solution Architects, UX, and Service Designers, you will:
- Assume responsibility for conceptualizing and designing the architectural and solution components that align with the product vision and roadmap.
- Establish and refine architectural guiding principles to direct our platform and solution development alongside fellow solution architects.
- Engage in technical discussions for projects, taking into account both functional and non-functional requirements.
- Collaborate with the team to develop end-to-end solutions, implement them, and ensure their ongoing maintenance.
- Effectively communicate your solution concepts.
- Enjoy creative freedom and opportunities for development: spearhead technological innovations that facilitate business advancements.
- Champion software development best practices.
- Mentor and coach fellow developers, taking on a leadership role.
- Education: Master's degree in computer science, software engineering, or related disciplines.
- Personality and Work Style: Strong persuasive and networking abilities, excellent communication skills within interdisciplinary and diverse teams. Exceptional analytical and conceptual presentation skills. A strong orientation towards teamwork and goal achievement, combined with entrepreneurial and strategic thinking, and an agile mindset.
- Experience and Expertise: Minimum of 3 years in software development, with experience in complex IT infrastructure environments, and a background as a Software Architect and Solution Architect. Proficiency in Java and Spring or C#.Net application development (frontend experience with Angular, Typescript, CSS is advantageous), as well as familiarity with build systems (Gradle, Maven, etc.). Knowledge of Azure cloud components, including Azure ADX and ADT, is essential. Experience in designing and building solution components on Azure PaaS, SaaS, and IaaS services is required. A solid understanding of agile software development methodologies, such as SCRUM and Kanban, along with a foundational knowledge of UX and service engineering.
