Key Responsibilities: As a Solution Architect, you will be accountable for conceptualizing and designing the architectural and solution components that align with the product vision and roadmap. You will establish and update architectural guiding principles to direct our platform and solution development alongside fellow solutions architects. Engage in technical discussions regarding the project, considering both functional and non-functional requirements. Collaborate with the team to develop comprehensive end-to-end solutions, oversee their deployment, and ensure ongoing maintenance. Effectively communicate your solution concepts. Enjoy creative freedom and growth opportunities: Propel technological innovations to facilitate business advancements. Advocate for best practices in software development. Assume responsibility for mentoring and coaching other developers.Required Qualifications
Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields. Personal Attributes and Work Style: Strong persuasive and networking abilities, excellent communication skills in interdisciplinary and diverse teams. Exceptional analytical and conceptual presentation skills. A strong focus on teamwork and goal orientation, coupled with entrepreneurial and strategic thinking, and an agile mindset. Experience and Expertise: A minimum of 3 years of experience in Software Development, with a background in complex IT infrastructure environments, and experience as a Software Architect and Solution Architect. Proficiency in Java and Spring or application development (frontend, Angular, Typescript, CSS is advantageous), as well as familiarity with build systems (Gradle is a plus, Maven, etc.). Knowledge of the use, deployment, and monitoring of Azure cloud components, Azure ADX, and ADT is essential. Additionally, experience in designing and building solution components on Azure PaaS, SaaS, and IaaS services is required. A solid understanding of agile software development methodologies, including SCRUM and Kanban, along with a basic comprehension of UX and service engineering. Language Proficiency: Business fluent in both German and English.Additional Insights
