As a member of a multidisciplinary team comprising Solution Architects, UX Designers, and Service Designers, you will:
- Assume responsibility for conceptualizing and designing the architectural and solution components aligned with the product vision and roadmap.
- Establish and refine architectural guiding principles to direct our platform and solution development alongside fellow solution architects.
- Engage in technical discussions regarding project requirements, considering both functional and non-functional aspects.
- Collaborate with the team to develop end-to-end solutions, oversee their implementation, and ensure ongoing maintenance.
- Articulate your solution concepts effectively.
- Enjoy creative freedom and opportunities for professional growth: Propel technological innovations to foster business advancements.
- Champion software development best practices.
- Mentor and coach fellow developers, taking on leadership responsibilities.
- Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related disciplines.
- Personality and Work Style: Strong persuasive and networking abilities, excellent communication skills in diverse and interdisciplinary teams. Exceptional analytical and conceptual presentation skills. A strong team player with a goal-oriented mindset, complemented by entrepreneurial and strategic thinking with an agile approach.
- Experience and Knowledge: Minimum of 3 years in Software Development with experience in complex IT infrastructure environments, including roles as a Software Architect and Solution Architect. Proficiency in Java and Spring or C#.Net application development (frontend skills in Angular, Typescript, CSS are advantageous), along with familiarity with build systems (Gradle, Maven, etc.). Knowledge of Azure cloud building blocks, including Azure ADX and ADT, and experience in designing and building solution components on Azure PaaS, SaaS, and IaaS services. A solid understanding of agile software development methodologies, such as SCRUM and Kanban, along with a foundational knowledge of UX and service engineering.
- Languages: Business fluency in German and English.
