Key Responsibilities:- As a Solution Architect, you will be accountable for conceptualizing and designing the architectural frameworks and solution components that align with our product vision and strategic roadmap.
- You will establish and refine architectural guiding principles to direct our platform and solution development alongside fellow solutions architects.
- Engage in technical discussions throughout the project lifecycle, considering both functional and non-functional requirements.
- Collaborate with the team to develop comprehensive end-to-end solutions, implement them, and ensure their ongoing maintenance.
- Communicate your innovative solution concepts effectively.

- Assume responsibility for mentoring and coaching fellow developers.
Required Qualifications:
- Education: Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related disciplines.
- Personal Attributes and Work Style: Strong persuasive and networking abilities, excellent communication skills within interdisciplinary and diverse teams. Exceptional analytical and conceptual presentation skills. A strong focus on teamwork and goal achievement, combined with entrepreneurial and strategic thinking, and an agile mindset.
- Experience and Expertise: Minimum of 3 years in Software Development, with experience in complex IT infrastructure environments, and a background as a Software Architect and Solution Architect. Proficiency in Java and Spring or application development (frontend, Angular, Typescript, CSS is advantageous), as well as familiarity with build systems (Gradle is a plus, Maven, etc.). Knowledge of Azure cloud services, including deployment and monitoring of Azure building blocks, Azure ADX, and ADT. Additionally, experience in designing and constructing solution components on Azure PaaS, SaaS, and IaaS services. A solid understanding of agile software development methodologies, including SCRUM and Kanban, along with a foundational knowledge of UX and service engineering.
- Language Proficiency: Business fluent in both German and English.
