We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team at Hochbau | AUGUST REINERS Bauunternehmung GmbH. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the execution of complex high-rise construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate the construction process, including planning, execution, and completion of projects
  • Develop and implement project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met
  • Conduct site inspections and monitor progress to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards
  • Manage and supervise a team of construction professionals, including project engineers, site managers, and laborers
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, and suppliers
  • Prepare and submit project reports, including progress updates, financial statements, and quality control reports

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in high-rise construction project management
  • Strong knowledge of construction laws, regulations, and industry standards
