Job Title: Senior Project Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Project Manager to join our team at Bishop GmbH. As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams and ensuring the successful delivery of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure E2E planning, integration, and monitoring of the work package across all functions involved
  • Prepare dossier for project launch and define project scope
  • Secure Significant MOD maturity and decisions with robust inputs
  • Manage the implementation strategy and associated risk management
  • Secure business case and performance (Ramp-up, RC savings, Lead Time reduction, maturity, etc.)
  • Identify and manage risks and opportunities
  • Provide visibility on the work package
  • PCL for selected change request

Requirements:

  • High-tuned communication, presentation, and influencing skills towards all management levels - internally and externally
  • Independent, structured, and result-oriented work and good analytical skills
  • A high degree of persuasiveness and assertiveness to represent the relevant interests
  • Willingness to travel

Professional Training/Studies:

  • Aircraft construction at least a bachelor's degree or
  • Engineering at least Bachelor's degree or
  • Industrial engineer at least Bachelor's degree

Work Experience:

  • Engineering at least over 2 years
  • Production planning and control for at least 2 years
  • Project management for at least 4 years

IT:

  • Google Workspace an advantage
  • PLM (product life cycle management an advantage)

Knowledge:

  • Project management at least very good knowledge

Languages:

  • German at least fluent
  • English at least business fluent
