Senior Infrastructure Project Manager

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Infrastructure Project Manager to join our team at Taylor Hopkinson | Powered by Brunel. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a project team in the planning and implementation of onshore HVDC infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the development and management of stations project within the programme.
- Manage project teams, service providers, and internal and external project participants for the design, planning, production, construction, assembly, and commissioning of DC onshore stations.
- Provide monitoring, assistance, and support across the approval process in the context of the NABEG and BImschG.
- Develop and implement strategy for project award, planning, logistics, quality assurance, assembly, and commissioning of stations.
- Manage the preparation of associated tender and contract documents as well as participate/management of the responsible packages in the awarding process.
- Communicate and safeguard project interests towards internal and external stakeholders, representing the project at public events and to authorities.
- Define project management requirements and actively manage the project to achieve program and project objectives (especially HSE, time, quality, costs) and further development of internal project management standards.
- Provide professional and disciplinary leadership across all team members.
- Completed studies in an engineering field, such as electrical engineering, civil engineering, mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, or comparable subjects.
- Detailed experience in the implementation of projects for the planning and implementation of onshore HVDC infrastructure projects (preferably in electrical plant construction).
- Experience dealing with specialist authorities for approval procedures.
- Project management experience, knowledge of project management methods, and experience in the technical and disciplinary management of interdisciplinary teams.
- Proficient use of standard PC software, especially MS Office.
- Confident German (C1) and English (B2) language skills (C1) both written and spoken.
