Senior Project Manager

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to join our Energy Division, where you will be responsible for leading and developing multidisciplinary project teams across different countries. As part of our global Project Management support network in Offshore Wind Engineering, you will use your expertise to help drive continuous improvement and actively shape the way we manage our projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a group of international, high-performing, multidisciplinary project teams in the delivery of a wide range of offshore foundation design projects.
- Ensure all project goals are achieved while confirming the company's commitments to our clients by proposing, developing, and providing expert consulting services.
- Maintain a multidisciplinary approach, including close collaboration with experts both inside and outside of the core design team.
- Manage projects from concept and feasibility studies through to detailed design, construction, commissioning, and handover.
- Manage the expectations and relationships with clients and suppliers, ensuring effective lines of communication and monitoring progress against the schedule and budget.
- Oversee the engineering design to the relevant standards for projects, ensuring adherence to the design schedule.
- Manage commercial and financial aspects of projects, monitoring budget against actual costs, evaluating and mitigating risk, impact assessment and reporting to key stakeholders.
- Ensure all project activities are carried out in strict accordance with health and safety standards.
- Compile and present comprehensive progress reports to project meetings that include analyses of progress against key performance indicators.
- Develop and manage remedial activities in the event of project deviations to ensure minimal risk to cost and schedule.
- Collaborate with business development teams to prepare tender documents for new business opportunities.
About You
We are looking for a highly experienced project manager with a strong track record of delivering complex projects in the renewable energy sector. You will have a diploma or master's degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering, or a related field, and project management credentials such as PMP, IPM, or Prince certification. You will also have a proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams, and a strong understanding of design and engineering principles, including project economics, interfaces, risks, and commercial aspects of offshore wind farm development.
