About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as a Project Development Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for originating, developing, and monitoring renewable energy projects and new opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Originate and develop renewable energy projects and new opportunities
  • Acquire land plots suitable for PV project construction
  • Develop and responsibly own project opportunities
  • Coordinate and implement project development processes in an international and interdisciplinary team
  • Support management in negotiations by preparing decision templates and reports
  • Represent and negotiate projects before authorities and other public bodies
  • Develop and control supporting local marketing strategies
  • Support management in negotiations, preparing investment memos and reports, and conducting due diligence to ensure projects meet financing and technical requirements
  • Select and manage local businesses to partner and consultants to deliver projects to Ready to Build (RTB) stage
Requirements
  • Fluent in German (ideally mother tongue)
  • Fluent in English (Company language)
  • Minimum 3-5 years' experience in Project Development of utility scale renewables
