Fashion Career by Niemann Consulta is seeking a strong and experienced Sales Professional to lead our offline sales efforts and expand our international B2B network. As Head of Sales, you will be responsible for managing our trade partners and stores, as well as building a strong network of international B2B partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Trade Partner and Store Management: Lead the team responsible for acquiring preloved designer goods in Germany, Austria, and Italy, and ensure the quality of the products.
  • Event Planning and Execution: Plan and execute all events and store activities, ensuring they meet our quality standards and achieve set targets.
  • Network Development: Build and maintain a strong network of international B2B partners in Italy, France, and Northern Europe.
  • Recruitment and Training: Recruit and train staff for acquisition events and coordinate logistics.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to our B2B clients, including exclusive customers, and coordinate the pickup of goods.

Requirements:

  • Strong experience in sales and business development, preferably in the luxury fashion industry.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and train a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to optimize and improve processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with trade partners, clients, and staff.
