Position Overview:
Join our dynamic team at Mercedes-Benz AG, where you will contribute to the field of Warranty Excellence Management (WEM). This role focuses on enhancing our global customer service processes through data-driven insights and innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
As a member of the WEM team, your tasks will include:

  • Conducting thorough analysis and evaluation of existing and potential Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the WEM dashboard.
  • Developing actionable recommendations to enhance the KPI tool.
  • Performing comprehensive data analysis to identify trends and patterns.
  • Collaborating with various departments to ensure high-quality data integrity.
  • Participating in the execution of improvement initiatives.

The specific focus of your thesis will be determined in collaboration with your university and our team.

Qualifications:
We are looking for candidates who possess:

  • A degree in economics, data science, business informatics, engineering, mathematics, or a related field.
  • Experience with data analysis tools such as SPSS, R, or Python.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel (including pivot tables, formulas, and macros).
  • Strong communication skills in both German and English.
  • Excellent analytical abilities and a passion for numerical data.
  • A self-motivated, organized, and results-oriented approach to work.
  • A collaborative spirit and strong interpersonal skills.
