Inside Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Inside Sales Representative / Manager to join our dynamic team in the EMEA region. This role will drive sales success through effective communication, relationship-building, and a keen understanding of the market.
Your Responsibilities- Support the global Sales team in administrative and operational tasks, organization, planning, and implementation of strategies.
- Create presentations, reports, and statistics, and organize trainings and meetings.
- Maintain customer and sales data in the CRM system (Salesforce).
- Support lead, quote, and opportunity management in the CRM system (Salesforce).
- Act as an interface between Account Managers, Professional Services, Order Fulfillment Center, Product Management, and all related departments.
- Support the global sales team in preparing, processing, and following up on opportunities and orders.
- Plan, coordinate, and follow up on workshops as well as trade shows.
- Convincing appearance and strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Solution-oriented and analytical way of thinking as well as high self-motivation and willingness to constantly develop, pick up on, and implement innovations.
- Business fluent in German and English.
- 3+ years of experience in managing software subscription renewals.
- Ability to establish and maintain strong working relationships.
- Ability to work in a cross-functional environment.
