Inside Sales Manager

As a key member of our EMEA sales team, you will drive sales success through effective communication, relationship-building, and a keen understanding of the market. Your primary responsibility will be to support the global sales team in administrative and operational tasks, organization, planning, and implementation of strategies. You will also be responsible for creating presentations, reports, and statistics, and organizing trainings and meetings.

- Maintain customer and sales data in the CRM system (Salesforce).
- Support at lead, quote, and opportunity management in the CRM system (Salesforce).
- Act as an interface between Account Managers, Professional Services, Order Fulfillment Center, Product Management, and all related departments.
- Support the global sales team in preparing, processing, and following up on opportunities and orders.
- Plan, coordinate, and follow up on workshops and trade shows.
- Convincing appearance and strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Solution/process-oriented and analytical way of thinking as well as high self-motivation and willingness to constantly develop, pick up on, and implement innovations.
- Business fluent in German and English.
- 3+ years of experience in managing software subscription renewals.
- Ability to establish and maintain strong working relationships.
- Ability to work in a cross-functional environment.
