Deine Aufgaben: Du machst mit uns den Unterschied.
  • Als Sales Operations Specialist (m/w/d) bist du für die Gewährleistung und Koordination unserer Kaffee-Steuerungsprozesse im deutschen Lebensmitteleinzelhandel verantwortlich.
  • Die Planung und Überwachung wöchentlicher Kaffee-Preisaktionen sowie von Kaffee-Schwerpunkt-Promotions gehören zu deinen Aufgaben.
  • In deiner Rolle bist du erste*r Ansprechpartner*in und Kommunikationsschnittstelle für Außendienst, Produktion, Logistik und Stakeholder-Management und arbeitest eng mit Trade Marketing, Key Account und Controlling zusammen.
  • Du hast auch Freude an der administrativen Pflege von Parametern für ein automatisches Dispositionssystem.
  • Unterstützung bei (Teil-) Projekten zur Geschäftsabsicherung und -weiterentwicklung sowie bei der Durchführung und Aufbereitung von Artikel-, Kunden- und Marktanalysen fällt genauso in dein Aufgabengebiet wie die Erstellung von Reportings zur Steuerung operativer Ziele.
Dein Profil: Du erfindest uns immer wieder neu.
  • Du verfügst über eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung und ein bis zwei Jahre Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position.
  • Erste praktische Erfahrungen innerhalb der FMCG-Branche (Lebensmitteleinzelhandel bzw. der Konsumgüterindustrie) sind wünschenswert.
  • Hands-On-Mentalität, Flexibilität und stark ausgeprägte Problemlösungsbereitschaft zeichnen dich aus.
  • Du hast ein sicheres Auftreten und bringst Ergebnis- und Umsetzungsstärke sowie Kommunikationsfähigkeit mit.
