Revenue Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Revenue Operations Specialist to join our team at YOYABA GmbH. As a key member of our Revenue Operations & CRM Services department, you will play a crucial role in optimizing the customer journey for our clients in the B2B SaaS sector.
Key Responsibilities- Process Optimization: Analyze existing processes in marketing and sales, identify areas for improvement, and lead the conception of new or enhanced processes to optimize customer journeys.
- CRM & RevOps Expertise: Support the implementation of CRM systems, primarily HubSpot, and build data structures and automations to drive revenue growth.
- Attribution Modeling: Design and implement attribution models for clients to measure the effectiveness of channels, campaigns, and go-to-market programs.
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Help clients analyze marketing, sales, and customer data to identify risks, trends, and opportunities.
- Experience: Proven experience in revenue operations, marketing operations, and CRM management, with a strong understanding of B2B GoToMarket strategies and related processes and metrics.
- Motivation: A strong desire to build a department in close cooperation with the existing team and contribute innovative ideas.
