Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated professional to join our team as a Sales Operations Specialist. This role is pivotal in enhancing our customer engagement and supporting our sales initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the sales department in managing customer relationships and driving acquisition efforts.
  • Address customer queries, create quotations, and facilitate contract discussions.
  • Perform sales evaluations and conduct competitive market analysis through online resources.
  • Develop and implement sales initiatives in collaboration with regional and global marketing teams (e.g., promotional materials, advertisements).
  • Opportunity to work remotely on designated days.

Required Qualifications

  • A degree in business or relevant commercial training.
  • Prior experience in sales support, particularly within the Supply Chain sector (including export, logistics, customs, and compliance).
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to work autonomously and adapt to new challenges swiftly.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and SAP software.
  • Fluent in German with strong written and verbal communication skills in English (C-level proficiency).
