Bei DG timework GmbH suchen wir einen engagierten und motivierten Mitarbeiter, der sich für die Herausforderung des Kundenkontakts begeistern kann. Als Customer Service-Experte bist du für die Annahme und Bearbeitung von Kundenanfragen rund um den gesamten Bestell- und Rückgabeprozess verantwortlich.

Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten
  • Unterstützung der Kunden bei Fragen zu Produkten, Aktionen und der Shop-Navigation
  • Kooperation mit dem deutschen Kundenservice-Team zur Lösung von Kundenanliegen
  • Bearbeitung von Reklamationen und Klärfällen der Kunden
  • Unterstützung bei der Betreuung der Kunden in den sozialen Netzwerken
Voraussetzungen
  • Mindestens 1 Jahr Erfahrung im Customer Service
  • Sehr gute Niederländischkenntnisse und sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in MS-Office
  • Serviceorientiertes Denken und Spaß an Eigenverantwortung
