About the Role
As a Customer Service Representative in the Beratungscenter at Commerzbank AG Deutschland, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our private banking clients. Your primary goal will be to build strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
Key Responsibilities
- Take ownership of customer interactions, providing timely and effective solutions to their queries and concerns.
- Enhance customer retention and value through proactive, needs-based telephone consultations on standardized products in the following areas: payment transactions, account management, deposits, loans, savings plans, and investment products.
- Support clients in utilizing our digital services, offering self-help assistance in all service-related topics.
- Actively engage in telephone conversations to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing customer needs.
- Strong product knowledge and understanding of financial services.
