Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team at DG timework GmbH. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, handling customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a fair and timely manner

Requirements
