Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Apply customer service principles and best practices in a real-world setting to build and maintain personal expertise.
  • Document customer communication and process handling.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and effective manner, addressing topics such as energy cost calculations, installations, customer portals, technical issues, and customer complaints.
  • Collaborate with regional and central teams to resolve customer inquiries and complaints.
  • Ensure adherence to established processes and service level agreements with customers.
  • Monitor and follow up on outstanding tasks in a timely manner.
  • Identify process disruptions, assess, and escalate as necessary.

Requirements:

  • Completed commercial training or equivalent.
  • Desirable: Previous experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Enjoy interacting with customers.
  • High level of service and customer orientation.
  • Friendliness and good communication skills.
  • Excellent German language skills and good expression.
  • High reliability and willingness to work.
  • Flexibility, teamwork, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and willingness to learn new systems.
