Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Apply customer service principles and best practices to resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records of customer communication and issue resolution.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and concerns via phone, email, and other communication channels.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and provide solutions.
  • Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets and service level agreements.
  • Stay up-to-date with company policies, procedures, and product knowledge to provide accurate and informed support to customers.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in business, communications, or related field preferred.
  • Previous customer service experience in a call center or retail environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity targets.
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
