Position: Regional Sales Director
Key Responsibilities
- Formulate and implement sales and marketing initiatives to boost revenue and enhance market presence in Germany.
- Guide and mentor a sales team to surpass objectives and deliver exceptional outcomes.
- Discover new business avenues and collaborations to broaden market penetration.
- Remain informed about industry developments and regulations to refine strategies as needed.
- Work in tandem with cross-departmental teams for product launches and promotional campaigns.
- Establish robust relationships with stakeholders to further business goals.
- Evaluate sales metrics and market analysis for potential growth avenues.
- Represent KIWI at industry gatherings to elevate brand visibility.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, or a related discipline.
- 5+ years of experience in sales or business development within the e-cigarette sector.
- In-depth understanding of the German market, including regulations and consumer behavior.
- Exceptional leadership and communication capabilities.
- Proficiency in German and English or Italian.
- Analytical approach for data-driven decision-making.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and proactive attitude.
- Willingness to travel as required.
