Position: Regional Sales Director

Key Responsibilities

  • Formulate and implement sales and marketing initiatives to boost revenue and enhance market presence in Germany.
  • Guide and mentor a sales team to surpass objectives and deliver exceptional outcomes.
  • Discover new business avenues and collaborations to broaden market penetration.
  • Remain informed about industry developments and regulations to refine strategies as needed.
  • Work in tandem with cross-departmental teams for product launches and promotional campaigns.
  • Establish robust relationships with stakeholders to further business goals.
  • Evaluate sales metrics and market analysis for potential growth avenues.
  • Represent KIWI at industry gatherings to elevate brand visibility.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, or a related discipline.
  • 5+ years of experience in sales or business development within the e-cigarette sector.
  • In-depth understanding of the German market, including regulations and consumer behavior.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication capabilities.
  • Proficiency in German and English or Italian.
  • Analytical approach for data-driven decision-making.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and proactive attitude.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
