Key Responsibilities

Vision and Strategy Formulation:

  • Establish the overarching vision and strategic direction for Smatched, ensuring it aligns with market demands and the organization's objectives.
  • Conceive and develop new features for the microtransaction platform to enhance user interaction and profitability.

Market Insights and Evaluation:

  • Regularly assess market dynamics, customer insights, and competitive landscape to refine product strategies.
  • Spot potential growth avenues across diverse markets or user demographics.

Oversight of Product Development:

  • Guide the product development team, offering direction to enhance Smatched's microtransaction offerings.
  • Ensure that the product meets high standards of quality, usability, and dependability.

User Experience Enhancement:

  • Prioritize the improvement of user experience, particularly in optimizing the microtransaction process.
  • Refine the Smatched lottery feature to maximize user enjoyment.

Collaboration and Team Leadership:

  • Collaborate closely with departments such as marketing, sales, and customer support to ensure a cohesive approach to product development.
  • Guide and nurture a high-performing product team.

Data-Driven Product Management:

  • Leverage data analytics to inform product decisions and improvements.
  • Examine user behavior to gauge the influence of microtransactions on engagement and retention.

Revenue Strategy and Financial Planning:

  • Develop strategies to optimize revenue generation through the Smatched platform.
  • Work with the finance team to create pricing structures and monetization plans.

Regulatory Compliance and Ethical Standards:

  • Ensure that product offerings comply with all legal and ethical guidelines related to microtransactions.
  • Stay informed about industry regulations and best practices.
Candidate Qualifications

Educational Qualifications:
