Key Responsibilities

Product Vision and Strategic Planning:

  • Establish the long-term vision and strategic direction for Smatched, ensuring alignment with market demands and the company's objectives.
  • Drive innovation and develop new features for the microtransaction system that boost user engagement and revenue streams.

Market Research and Insights:

  • Conduct ongoing analysis of market trends, customer feedback, and competitive dynamics to refine and adapt the product strategy.
  • Spot new avenues for growth and expansion across various markets or user demographics.

Oversight of Product Development:

  • Lead the product development team, offering guidance and direction in the creation and enhancement of Smatched's microtransaction platform.
  • Ensure that the product adheres to high standards of quality, usability, and reliability.

User Experience and Engagement Enhancement:

  • Prioritize the improvement of user experience, particularly in streamlining the microtransaction process for ease and enjoyment.
  • Refine the Smatched lottery feature to maximize user retention and satisfaction.

Collaboration and Team Leadership:

  • Work closely with other departments, such as marketing, sales, and customer support, to ensure a unified approach to product development and user experience.
  • Mentor and cultivate a high-performing product team.

Data-Driven Product Management:

  • Leverage data analytics to guide product decisions and enhancements.
  • Monitor and analyze user behavior to assess the impact of microtransactions on engagement and retention.

Financial Strategy and Revenue Optimization:

  • Formulate strategies to maximize revenue generation through the Smatched platform.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to establish pricing models and monetization strategies.

Compliance and Ethical Standards:

  • Ensure that the product adheres to all legal and ethical standards associated with microtransactions.
  • Stay informed about regulations and best practices within the industry.
Qualifications

Educational Qualifications:

  • A degree in Business, Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline. An advanced degree such as an MBA is a plus.

Professional Experience:

  • Significant experience in product management, ideally within the technology or online monetization sectors.
  • A proven history of developing successful products, particularly in online transactions or gaming.

Leadership and Management Skills:

  • Demonstrated leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Ability to inspire and motivate a diverse group of professionals.

Technical Proficiency:

  • Understanding of the technical aspects of web and app development.
  • Familiarity with data analytics tools and methodologies.

Business Insight:

  • Strong strategic thinking and business planning abilities.
  • Experience in market analysis, financial modeling, and revenue generation strategies.

Communication Proficiency:

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for both internal leadership and external stakeholder engagement.
