About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our global enterprise-wide team of Security Officers in Group, area, region, and country. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership qualities, extensive knowledge of Cyber Security protocols and practices, and a proven track record of managing and driving success for Cyber Security teams in a large-scale corporate, industrial environment.
Key Responsibilities
The Head of Cyber Security Office will be responsible for designing, defining, and executing a risk-based strategy and roadmap in a production-focused environment. This will involve:
- Developing and maintaining Cyber Security relevant products and processes across all business lines
- Acting as a trusted advisor for relevant stakeholders in business departments and the VP Security (Group CISO)
- Maintaining the life cycle of Cyber Security relevant products and pursuing trends in the market
- Leading strategic Cyber Security projects and ensuring timely delivery and quality
- Planning, executing, and analyzing regular Cyber Security audits to maintain confidentiality, integrity, and availability of products and processes
- Sharing results with business stakeholders and the VP Security
- Overseeing Cyber Security related programs and projects, ensuring quality, time, and budget
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have:
- Strong leadership qualities and experience in managing Cyber Security teams
- Extensive knowledge of Cyber Security protocols and practices
- A proven track record of driving success in a large-scale corporate, industrial environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
