Als führender Anbieter von IT-Personal und kaufmännischen Fachkräften im Rahmen der Arbeitnehmerüberlassung sowie im Dienstvertrag, unterstützen wir renommierte nationale und internationale IT-Unternehmen.

Für den IT-Support unseres Kunden, einem bedeutenden herstellerübergreifenden IT-Dienstleister mit globaler Präsenz, suchen wir mehrere Mitarbeiter (m/w/d) in Teilzeit (20h/Woche) für den 1st Level Support.

Die Position kann nach der Einarbeitung bis zu 90% remote durchgeführt werden.

AUFGABEN

  • Entgegennahme von Supportanfragen über Telefon, Ticketsystem und E-Mail
  • Analyse und Lösung technischer Probleme im First-Level-Support
  • Dokumentation der Supportvorgänge im Ticketsystem
  • Ansprechpartner (m/w/d) für IT-bezogene Anfragen und Probleme der Anwender (m/w/d)
  • Bereitschaft zu regelmäßigen Office Days in der Lokation des Auftraggebers
KENNTNISSE
  • IT-Affinität, auch IT-Quereinsteiger (m/w/d) mit grundlegenden IT-Kenntnissen sind willkommen
  • Erfahrung im IT-Umfeld, insbesondere im 1st Level Support oder IT-Kundensupport
  • Kenntnisse im Umgang mit einem Ticketsystem
  • Gute Kenntnisse in Windows 7 und Windows 10 sowie der Microsoft Office Produktpalette
  • Gute bis sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (mindestens Berlitz-Level B2+ bis C1)
  • Bereitschaft zur Teilnahme an einer Sicherheitsüberprüfung
