IT Support Specialist in Computer Science

Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated IT Support Specialist with a background in computer science to provide exceptional service as a technician in our IT support team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver second-level support through effective diagnosis of IT issues related to hardware and software.
  • Manage incoming reports via our ticketing system, ensuring proper documentation, categorization, and prioritization.
  • Oversee asset and configuration management for IT workstation devices.
  • Install and update operating systems on laptops and other devices.
  • Coordinate the rollout and rollback of IT equipment across various locations.

Qualifications:

  • A completed degree in computer science, business informatics, or IT management, or equivalent training in IT.
  • Strong understanding of integrating information technology into organizational workflows.
  • Proficient in Office software and familiar with IKK standard software and related tools.
  • Knowledge of IT service management practices and relevant service regulations.
  • Possession of a valid class B driving license.
