Über die Position

Als IT-Support-Spezialist:in in den Operations-Teams von Amazon Deutschland Transport GmbH übernimmst Du eine zentrale Rolle in der Unterstützung unserer IT-Systeme, die für die effiziente Abwicklung unserer Logistikprozesse unerlässlich sind. Deine Aufgaben umfassen die Zusammenarbeit mit Kolleg:innen vor Ort sowie Remote-Teams, um sicherzustellen, dass die IT-Infrastruktur reibungslos funktioniert.

Aufgabenbereich
  • Bereitstellung von Unterstützung für lokale Benutzer:innen durch Installation, Fehlerbehebung und Wartung der IT-Systeme und Endbenutzergeräte.
  • Verwaltung von Support-Anfragen und Bereitstellung von First- und Second-Line Support.
  • Durchführung proaktiver Wartungsmaßnahmen zur Maximierung der Verfügbarkeit der IT-Ressourcen.
  • Mitwirkung an Projekten und Innovationen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit anderen IT-Teams.
