ELP Consult Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager- Energy to lead our sales team in the solar energy industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales and business development, with a strong understanding of the solar energy market.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies aligned with organizational goals and objectives.
- Lead and motivate the sales team to develop customer relationships, increase market share, and achieve sales revenue targets.
- Forecast and create annual sales quotas to determine sales objectives and drive business growth.
- Establish and nurture strong business relationships with clients through effective communication and relationship-building skills.
- Design and implement programs to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Engage in effective sales negotiations, address customer concerns, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to conduct market research and align sales strategies with market trends.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field within the solar energy industry.
- Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a sales team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Fluent in English with proficiency in speaking and writing.
