Position: OEM Sales Engineer

We are seeking an OEM Sales Engineer who will leverage their application and market expertise to surpass sales objectives for OI Andor in the EMEA region while aligning with our strategic corporate goals.

The OEM Sales Engineer will oversee all designated OEM sales initiatives within their territory for the OI Andor product line. This role will act as the main liaison for both existing Key Accounts and prospective OEM clients throughout the sales cycle.

This individual will collaborate closely with the OEM Sales Manager and Head of Segment Sales to formulate actionable territory plans that outline a clear route to achieving sales success. Additionally, they will partner with Service, Marketing, Applications, and various other sales resources within Oxford Business Units to meet established targets.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Materials Sciences, Chemistry, Physics, or a related field
  • A minimum of 3 years of sales experience with technical scientific products, including spectroscopy or confocal microscopy
  • At least 2 years of experience managing OEM clientele
  • Proven track record in developing and executing territory-specific sales strategies
  • Extensive familiarity with CRM systems and proficiency in MS Office applications

This position is permanent and primarily remote, with consideration for candidates located in various regions.
