OEM Sales Engineer Position

We are seeking an OEM Sales Engineer who will leverage application and market expertise to surpass OI Andor sales objectives within the EMEA region while also aligning with the broader strategic goals of the company.

The OEM Sales Engineer will oversee all designated OEM sales functions within their territory for the OI Andor product line. This role serves as the primary liaison for both existing Key Accounts and prospective OEM clients throughout the sales cycle.

This individual will collaborate closely with the OEM Sales Manager and Head of Segment Sales to formulate territory action plans that delineate a clear route to sales success. Additionally, they will partner with Service, Marketing, Applications, and various other sales resources within Oxford Business Units to meet established targets.

The ideal OEM Sales Engineer will possess:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Materials Sciences, Chemistry, Physics, or a related field
  • A minimum of 3 years of sales experience with technical scientific products, such as spectroscopy or confocal microscopy
  • At least 2 years of experience managing OEM client relationships
  • Proven ability to develop and execute territory-specific sales strategies to achieve objectives
  • Extensive familiarity with CRM systems and proficiency in MS Office applications

This is a permanent remote position, ideally located in Germany, with consideration for candidates based in France, the Netherlands, or the UK.
