Position: OEM Sales Engineer

The OEM Sales Engineer will leverage both application expertise and market insights to achieve and surpass sales objectives for OI Andor within the EMEA region, while also aligning with the broader strategic goals of the company.

This role encompasses all designated OEM sales functions within the assigned territory for the OI Andor product range. The incumbent will act as the main liaison for existing Key Accounts and prospective OEM clients throughout the sales cycle.

Collaboration with the OEM Sales Manager and Head of Segment Sales will be essential in developing actionable territory plans that pave the way for sales success. Additionally, the OEM Sales Engineer will partner with Service, Marketing, Applications, and various other sales resources within Oxford Business Units to meet established targets.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Materials Sciences, Chemistry, Physics, or a related field
  • A minimum of 3 years of sales experience with technical scientific products, including spectroscopy or confocal microscopy
  • At least 2 years of experience managing OEM clientele
  • Proven track record in crafting and executing territory-specific sales strategies to meet objectives
  • Extensive familiarity with CRM systems and proficiency in MS Office applications

This position is a permanent role, primarily remote, with candidates ideally located in Germany, though applicants from France, the Netherlands, or the UK will also be considered.
