About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Talent Acquisition team in London or Berlin. As a Sales Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for owning and coordinating the recruitment process for Sales roles within our EMEA operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full cycle recruitment process for Sales roles, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for both internal stakeholders and candidates.
  • Act as an advocate and coach on recruitment best practices, contributing to the development and execution of our overall sourcing and recruitment strategy.
  • Develop and maintain strong business relationships with hiring managers and senior management within the Sales teams.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, promoting Lightspeed as the premier destination for top talent.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in high-volume recruitment within the sales industry, hiring AEs, AMs, SDRs, and Field Reps.
  • Fluent communication skills in German and English, with a strong talent network and proven reputation for candidate generation.
  • Extensive experience in talent acquisition, with the ability to forge dynamic relationships with business leaders and candidates.
  • Ability to continually seek new sourcing options and creative approaches to attracting candidates.
  • Authentic commitment to diversity and inclusion hiring practices.
  • Proven ability to source, sell, and close candidates.
