assetbird GmbH is an innovative software firm dedicated to assembling a remarkable team to reach ambitious objectives. We are in search of a seasoned Talent Acquisition Specialist to become part of our organization and assist in developing essential departments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and execute effective recruitment strategies for Sales, Marketing, and Technology divisions.
  • Work closely with Hiring Managers and leadership to assess requirements and create detailed job descriptions.
  • Proactively source and engage with top-tier talent through diverse channels.
  • Conduct interviews and evaluations to identify the most suitable candidates.
  • Establish and nurture a talent pipeline while building relationships with prospective candidates.
  • Organize and engage in career fairs, networking events, and recruitment activities.
  • Enhance and streamline recruitment processes and tools.
  • Ensure a positive experience for candidates throughout the hiring journey.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in Talent Acquisition.
Required Qualifications
  • Extensive experience in Talent Acquisition.
  • In-depth understanding of contemporary recruiting techniques and tools.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Capability to foster strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
  • Proactive and solution-focused approach to work.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and various recruiting tools.
